Lubristyl Precision Oiler

The Neoval® Lubristyl® is a high-precision tool for the application of an absolute minimum quantity of oil. In other words, a spot oiler. It is made of high-quality materials. For instance, the oil receptacle and screw needle from corrosion-resistant steel and the springloaded head of high-polished metal.

Application
Neoval® Lubristyl® is employed wherever very small quantities of oil have to be applied to a precisely defined position or place. This is accomplished by locating the needle on the desired lubrication point and exerting slight presssure in the axis of the needle. This forces the required quantity of oil, which is also variable, through the hollow needle to the desired position. Should an excessive quantity of oil be applied unintentionally, the excess can be drawn off again: in such cases, inject the needle carefully in the excessive drops of oil and carry out a quick push and release action. The resulting vacuum in the spring-loaded head will suck the excess oil back again. Be sure to terminate every lubricating operation with the same draw-off procedure.

For the lubrication of small or smaller mechanical parts such as axles, gear wheels, bolts, guides, slide rails, bearings, hinges etc… Especially suitable for use in model-making, fine and precision mechanics, the maintenance of printers, printing presses, automatic ticket machines, laboratory apparatus, photographic equipment, arms, sport and household appliances, toys of every kind, sewing machines, table and wall clocks, etc., etc.

Attention
The Neoval® Lubristyl® is a solid tool. Nevertheless, make sure that the needle is not clogged up (do not lubricate in dirt) or bent (wherever possible, always work in the vertical position).
