Biomould

Biomold is a biodegradable pre-cast mould material formulated to give easy release and provides a high quality surface finish to concrete.
It is a highly mobile liquid that is suspension and sediment free and as such can be used in very fine spray nozzles with no fear of clogging.

Advantages

• Clean moulds and good surface finishing, free of dust
• Ideal for use with both grey and white cement
• Lower consumption compared with petroleum product
• Provides a quick, positive release of formwork, reducing labour costs and damage to formwork or moulds.
• Repeated use gives progressively better results from timber formwork

• Is ready for use and should never be diluted. The product should be applied as thinly and evenly as possible for optimum performance.
• Can be applied by spray, fine-haired brush, swab or roller. Any excess should be mopped up. For best performance application by fine spray is recommended.
• Apply in well ventilated areas. Keep away from naked flames and electrical equipment.
