Using the patented HT purity process, Petro-Canada produces a 99.9% pure, crystal clear base oil – the purest in the world. Free of impurities that can hinder performance and fortified with specially selected per formance additives, PURITY FG Chain Fluids have outstanding resistance to oxidative breakdown and provide excellent protection from wear and corrosion.

Tough enough to handle wet food processing environments, their tacky nature allows them to adhere strongly to metal surfaces, resisting water washout and water spray loss.

PURITY FG Chain Fluids are recommended for lubricating all types of drive and conveyor chains as well as bearings found on food processing machinery.

They may be applied by brush or drip feed as well as by centralized lubrication systems. PURITY FG Chain Fluids may be applied at temperatures up to 200°C.

However, at temperatures above 150°C, equipment should be re-oiled more frequently. If a chain oil in spray cans is required, we recommend PURITY FG MF.
