Alkaline Industrial Cleaner

QUAKERCLEAN 830 BF is an alkaline industrial cleaner for the cleaning of parts after usage.
Compatible with most ferrous and non-ferrous metals, QUAKERCLEAN 830 BF can be applied in diverse systems, from simple wetting to high-pressure spraying on to machines such as HAFROY, BROCHOT, National Standard, TRITON and AGULLO.

• Concentration range: 3-5%, depending on the difficulty of operation.
• Waterhardness: 0-340 ppm (0-34° TH, 0-20° dH).

Storage, Safety and Disposal

As with all metalworking products, QUAKERCLEAN 830 BF should be stored in dry conditions and protected from extreme temperatures: 4-40° C is the recommended storage temperature.
QUAKERCLEAN 830 BF is unlikely to present any significant health or safety hazard when used as recommended by Quaker Chemical. Good standards of personal and industrial hygiene are to be maintained by the user (see Material Safety Data Sheets).
In order to protect the environment, the product used should be safely disposed by a licensed contractor. The packaging material should be handled by a recognised reconditioning firm.
