High performance machining fluid

QUAKERAL 370 KLG is a high performance micro-emulsion developed for all difficult operations where surface finish is a major requirement. It is specially recommended for the machining of Aluminium pistons, brake callipers, steering gear cases, as well as for difficult operations on castiron and stainless steel.

• All machining operations on steel, cast-iron and Aluminium alloys.
• Concentration range: 6-10%, depending on the difficulty of operation.
• Waterhardness: 140-430 ppm (14-43° TH, 8-25° dH).

Storage, Safety and Disposal

• Gannon Oils can supply this quality product in drums, in containers and in bulk. Other packages can be made available by Gannon Oils.
  As with all metalworking products, QUAKERAL 370 KLG should be stored in dry conditions and protected from extreme temperatures: 4-35° C is the recommended storage temperature.
  QUAKERAL 370 KLG is unlikely to present any significant health or safety hazard when used as recommended by Quaker Chemical. Good standards of personal and industrial hygiene are to
  be maintained by the user (see Material Safety Data Sheets).
  In order to protect the environment, the product used should be safely disposed by a licensed contractor. The packaging material should be handled by a recognised reconditioning firm.
