Heat Transfer Oil

Heat Transfer Oils are a blend of solvent refined base stock of high chemical and thermal stability fortified with anti-oxidant and anti-corrosion additives.

Heat Transfer Oils are recommended for non-pressurised, closed liquid phase heating systems operating at bulk fluid temperatures up to 320°C.

All air must be completely vented from the system before full temperature is imposed.

As with all thermal transfer systems using hydrocarbon fluids as the transfer media it is advisable to monitor the chemical oxidation parameters on a regular basis.

AVAILABILITY Heat Transfer Oils are available in bulk tanker, 205L barrel and 25L drums.
