High-performance cutting oils

All NEOcut cutting oils in the NEOVAL® range are based on precise property profiles received from specialized machine shops. The shop floor result: amazing improvement in machining rates, tool life, surface quality, chip flow, machining accuracy and corrosion protection. Assuming, of course, that tool geometry, cutting speed, cutting depth, and material quality are matched ideally for the job being run. NEOVAL® cutting oils have shelf lives of at least 10 years. They are not miscible with water.

Properties:

• Reduces friction, temperature and wear
• Prolongs tool life markedly
• Prevents edge buildup, flash and sticking of swarf and dust
• Resistance to high pressures and temperatures prevents microwelding and improves surface quality
• Ideal machining of crystal-clear plastics, preferably with colorless oil MTO-200
• Miscible with all other cutting oils
• Can be washed off with any cleaning products recommended for cutting oils not miscible with water

NEOcut 370
NEOcut High Tech 370 is a high-alloyed cutting oil without any chlorine additives. It saves the relatively high disposal costs charged for oils containing chlorine. Because NEOcut 370 is copper-active, it is not suitable for the machining of copper alloys. High-performance additives make it a high-grade cutting oil for Ni 46, NiCr 18/20, CrMo,Cr and CrMn steels, silicon steels, manganese and MnSi steels, and tough C steels that are prone to be ductile.

NEOcut 430-S
NEOcut 430-S is a high-performance, multipurpose cutting oil that's optimized with 30% Neoval Ruby G-8. This outstanding blend, which used to be mixed by lots of our customers themselves, provides exactly what many machine shops need. It's perfect for materials like 316L, 9SMnPb 23, wear-resistant Cr and CrMn steels, Ni, CrNi and CrNiMo steels, NiCrCoTi alloys and austenitic, heat-resistant steels and nitriding steels. Copper-active, not suitable for copper alloys.

NEOcut 435
NEOcut 435 is the sulfur-free alternative to NEOcut 430-S (which contains sulfur). Likewise enhanced with 30% Neoval Ruby G-8, its outstanding properties also meet the very highest demands made by our customers. NEOcut 435 is especially suitable, for example, for materials like 45 S 20, DTS 6C 60Kg, 100 Cr 6, X 12 CrMo, various copper alloys and light and precious metal alloys.
