Texaco AAR Brake Cylinder Lubricant

AAR Brake Cylinder Lubricant is an anhydrous calcium soap thickened grease containing oxidation and corrosion inhibitors.  It is formulated to meet the Association of American Railroads (AAR) Specification M-914-83.

AAR Brake Cylinder Lubricant is recommended for lubricating the pistons and cylinders in railroad locomotive, freight and passenger car brake systems.

Product Description and Features

AAR Brake Cylinder Lubricant is an anhydrous calcium soap grease containing oxidation and corrosion inhibitors.  It exhibits excellent mechanical stability even in the presence of water and operates satisfactorily at temperatures as low as -40°F It exhibits excellent compatibility with the rubber used in the braker cylinder packing cups.
