Shell Retinax LX2

The orginal and the best! (approved by TIMKEN, SKF) Exceeds specification of Leyland Bus. Specifically developed for the lubrication of automotive wheel bearings & heavy duty roller bearings. It is particularly effective in bearings subjected to the high temperatures generated by brakes when stopping from high speed.

Retinax LX 2 is a superior performance multi-purpose lithium complex grease of NLGI No 2 consistency with extreme pressure (EP) properties. It has an exceptionally high melting point and high degree of water resistance and stability which make it the ideal choice for the modern car. It is recommended for wheel bearings, chassis points, universal joints, water pump bearings, alternator bearings, cables, linkages and ball joints.
