Gulfmar Select Plus Oils are premium grade, high TBN engine oils for highly rated medium speed four-cycle diesel engines used in marine propulsion and power generation operating on residual type fuels. They are blended from high quality paraffinic base stocks and selected proven additives and exceed API CF performance level requirements.

Available in grades 320, 420, 330, 430, 340, 440, 355 and 455

Recommended Applications:

Gulfmar Select Plus is recommended for use in the latest highly rated medium speed engines equipped with 'anti polishing ring' liners operating on high sulphur fuels. These compact and low oil consumption engines operate at higher temperatures and have smaller sumps resulting in maximum stress for the oil.

The selected additives in high performance Gulfmar Select Plus grades provide the necessary detergency/dispersancy reserve to ensure an excellent level of engine cleanliness free from harmful deposits. These grades also overcome the problems arising out of use of lower quality fuels that result in the formation of black sludge. Gulfmar Select Plus grades impart improved sludge control as well as additional wear and oxidation protection.
